Multi-regional needs analysis for training requirements

We quickly and effectively carried out an analysis of the training requirements at events for our customer.

The challenge

  • The client would like to determine the training needs of employees in each region of its retail organisation.
  • A corresponding survey is to take place in the course of 15 events in three regions
  • The evaluation is to be organised and coordinated, and fixed contact persons are to be available for the customer and retailers.
  • Despite voluntary participation in the survey, the aim is to achieve the highest possible response rate.
  • The questionnaire should be fillable both on the day of the event via QR code scan and after the event.
  • The questionnaire and reports should reflect the client's CI.
  • The customer wants to receive customised, clear and meaningful reports.
  • The solution provided should be data protection compliant and secure.

The Promata solution

Complete handling of the process with the following services:
  • Consultation with the customer, conceptualisation and creation of a questionnaire based on the relevance identified during the discussion.
  • "One face to the customer": Provision of a central contact person who takes care of all customer and retailer concerns
  • Online questionnaire: Digital channel enables a direct overview of responses for Promata and trainers as well as the targeted use of reminders after the event.
  • Each trainer receives a QR code from Promata via a link, which can be recorded by the participants on site using a smartphone camera or scanner app and automatically forwards them to the survey (no programme/app download required). After the event, participants receive a link that leads directly to the survey.
  • CI-compliant layout throughout, with the option of individualisation and customer-specific adaptation
  • The customer receives reports according to preferences, situation and requirements (Promata provides advice and recommendations based on its many years of experience) - regarding both dispatch and content/presentation, e.g. recipient group, reception frequency/intervals, communication channel, output file format; data comparisons for individually definable groups and categories in customised presentation form
  • Software and data are operated and stored by Promata on a secure Oracle database.
  • The entire evaluation was customised based on the customer's wishes/conditions defined in the briefing and consultation.
