The challenge

The customer requires the provision of software to replace the system currently in use, as it has the following deficiencies:
  • Lack of usability of the front end and timeliness of user management
  • Lack of transparency about dealer-specific budgets
  • Non-existent traceability and communication of the processing status and resulting tasks
  • Time-consuming process with regard to processing, approval, payment and in particular clarification of queries regarding an advertising cost subsidy claim, since, among other things, several media breaks are required
  • No transaction-related archiving of evidence and credit notes
