MOTUL Deutschland GmbH relies on Promata's digital marketing platform

28.08.2023

MOTUL Deutschland GmbH relies on Promata’s digital marketing platform to optimize its international marketing activities.

With a well thought-out concept for planning and controlling advertising measures and subsidies, the leading specialist for engine oils and lubricants ensures the continuous growth of its brand presence at home and abroad. Distributors in over 30 countries worldwide use Promata’s digital marketing platform, and we are very proud of this. After all, this is not a trivial issue, because international wholesalers are more than just distributors. They are Motul brand ambassadors in their respective countries and the cooperation is based on a high degree of trust.

Therefore, a systemic solution for transparent and smooth processing must be based on defined sets of rules and well thought-out processes, and at the same time ensure comprehensible communication between all stakeholders. Only in this way can solutions be found quickly and consensually in the interest of optimal business development.

After all, it is a matter of getting a lot under one hat, which should also fit all parties involved. Individual budget parameters and related readjustments must be presented transparently and prominently on all sides. Document submissions for a wide range of marketing activities for different product categories and lines with different target groups require a structured and intuitive system design. All planned actions, their status, corresponding evidence and any related communication must be clearly visible and target group specific. To ensure fast processing of planned marketing measures, all stakeholders must also be informed immediately as soon as action is required or if the processing status changes.

We support our new customer and its wholesalers with a suitable solution! Based on an inventory, Promata designed system-supported workflows and transferred them into a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), which optimally solves the core requirements. Through feedback loops, additional value-added functionalities were successively added to the MVP. The final comparison for the customer Motul is obvious: It runs… and runs like a well-oiled machine.
