The Promata solution
- Develops and hosts of an audit-compliant web platform as an application and approval tool that connects all parties with each other
- Maps an approval procedure on the basis of defined parameters (financial data, approval level, authorised groups of people)
- Presents defined assessment parameters of fleet customers
- Provides a competent point of contact for the client, the retailers and the fleet customers in the approval process for the order processing
- Displays the approved terms and conditions for dealers on a central web platform
- Sends fleet contracts and agreements on terms and conditions following successful approval
- Archives and stores the contract documents/data in a way that is audit-compliant
- Manages the customer data and presents the group structure for the client and the retailers
The result
- 2,500 fleet customers are managed annually as part of the contract execution
- Approximately 10,000 fleet applications are processed annually
- Approximately 8,000 corporate customer contracts or agreements on terms and conditions are sent annually to fleet customers, and these documents are also archived
- Marketing programmes are managed accurately while company structures and terms and conditions are taken into account
- Detailed insights are provided into important key figures, such as customer history, sales, choice of model and volumes.
